Anybody know anything about this place, or ever stayed there? It's on I-Drive. The lady who was asking me about "lug bug season" recently book there for next May, and I was curious to tell her anythning anybody knew. Thanx!

I've stayed at the sister Marriott resort, the Grand Cypress, right down International Dr. from the Grande Vista for a week, several years ago. It was wonderful. I can tell you that this is a resort in the Marriott Vacation Club, and that she will most likely be VERY pleased. Marriott is an upper end company and they do it right. Thanx for the info. Dar. Yep, they are Marriott timeshare owners, in Aruba. Place looks GORGEOUS! I think I've been to the Grand Cypress a couple of times for lunch - is that the one with the wall-length fountain in the dining room, and the WAY cool rock grotto pool with the rope/wooden bridge over it? That place is AWESOME!!

Oops, confused myself. Marriotts sister resort is Cypress Harbour, not Grand Cypress. The Grand Cypress is another hotel owned by Hyatt, which is right behind Hotel Plaza Blvd, and the one you are referring to Heidi. The Grande Vista is the other Marriott Resort.
